77xk Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless context requires otherwise:

• "77xk" or "Platform" means the online gaming and sports betting website accessible at 77xk.org, including all sub-pages, products, features, and services made available thereunder.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process on the 77xk platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's 77xk Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless specifically stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, free bets, or promotional incentives granted to a Player by 77xk subject to applicable wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer table, slot machine, instant game, crash game, or other wagering product offered on the 77xk platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a sum of real-money or bonus funds staked by a Player on a Game or sporting event outcome.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options available from Account settings.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including submission of identity and address documentation as required by 77xk.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which most Pakistani player transactions are denominated on the platform.

By accessing, browsing, or using the 77xk website or any of its services, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply alongside 77xk's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Acceptance of these Terms occurs at the earlier of: (a) clicking any "I agree" or equivalent checkbox during registration; (b) completing registration and creating an Account; or (c) placing a first Wager or making a first deposit on the platform. You may not use the platform without accepting these Terms.

To create an Account and use the 77xk platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 77xk enforces a strict minimum age policy. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Your use of the platform does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 77xk or any affiliated entity.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited and where you lack authority to engage in such activities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 77xk platform or had an Account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

77xk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stated timeframe may result in Account suspension, withdrawal holds, or Account closure. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed.

Each individual person may hold only one (1) Account on the 77xk platform. Operating multiple Accounts (whether in the same name, with different names, or through proxies) is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all identified Accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses across those Accounts.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and for maintaining the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account. In particular, you must promptly update your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method details if they change. 77xk accepts no liability for losses arising from stale or inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). Any activity conducted through your Account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 77xk support immediately at [email protected].

77xk reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, activating any bonus, or restoring access to a locked Account. This may include provision of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

77xk accepts deposits from Pakistani players through the following approved payment methods. All deposits are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) unless otherwise stated:

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 77xk will not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made from accounts not matching the Player's verified identity may be reversed and the depositing Account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may be adjusted based on Account tier, verification status, and platform risk controls. 77xk does not charge processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees which are outside 77xk's control.

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account has completed the applicable KYC verification process, including age verification.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed available real-money Balance (bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative method has been verified and pre-approved by 77xk's payments team.
• A maximum of three (3) withdrawal requests may be pending simultaneously per Account.

77xk targets processing of withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during business hours. 77xk reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of exceptional volume, system maintenance, or enhanced fraud review. Players will be notified of any such delays.

77xk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals exceeding Rs 100,000 or where unusual betting patterns are identified. During such reviews, withdrawal processing may be suspended for up to 5 business days while documentation is reviewed.

77xk offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published with each individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money Balance.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x unless otherwise specified in the promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer table games typically contribute 10–15%. Slots typically contribute 100%. Sports betting contributions vary by promotion. Specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, typically 7–30 days from the date of bonus crediting.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time unless explicitly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion.
• 77xk reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or withhold bonuses where abuse, fraud, or multiple Account operations are identified.
• Bonus abuse — including systematic exploitation of bonus terms, coordinate play with other Accounts, or any other behaviour that 77xk determines to be contrary to the spirit of a promotion — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account suspension.

All games available on the 77xk platform operate according to certified and publicly stated rules. Casino games utilise Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently certified by third-party testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

Live dealer games are operated by certified studios and are subject to the rules of the game variant as explained within each game's interface. In the event of discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and the general rules on this page, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.

In the event of a game malfunction, communications failure, or technical error that causes a Game to terminate abnormally or produce an erroneous result, 77xk reserves the right to void all affected bets and return staked amounts to Players' Balances. 77xk shall have no further liability beyond the return of staked amounts in such circumstances.

The house edge applicable to each game is published within the game interface or in the accompanying game information documentation. Players acknowledge that all casino games are designed to provide a mathematical advantage to the platform over the long term, and that short-term outcomes may differ from expected mathematical probabilities.

The 77xk sportsbook accepts bets on a wide range of sporting events including PSL cricket, international cricket (T20I, ODI, Test), football, UFC, and other events as listed on the platform. The following general sports betting rules apply:

• All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a bet reference number issued, odds cannot be changed retroactively.
• 77xk reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market, event, or Player Account, including without prior notice.
• In the event of match cancellation, postponement beyond 24 hours, or abandonment before completion of sufficient play for results to be determined under the applicable rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless settlement rules specific to that market state otherwise.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to market suspension at any time during an event. In-play bets placed before a market is suspended but not yet confirmed by the system will be voided.
• 77xk reserves the right to void bets placed on events where integrity concerns, match-fixing suspicions, or pricing errors are identified, subject to appropriate investigation.
• Cricket DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method adjustments will be respected in accordance with the relevant governing body's official ruling.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77xk platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling 77xk to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant Account(s), withhold or forfeit any Balance, and take such further legal action as 77xk deems appropriate:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different names, devices, or IP addresses.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 or assisting a minor to access the platform.
• Using software, bots, AI tools, scripts, or other automated systems to interact with the platform in a manner that would provide an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Identified vulnerabilities must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to circumvent game mechanics or bonus terms.
• Laundering money through the 77xk platform or using the platform for any purpose associated with financial crime.
• Making chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes in bad faith against deposits made to the 77xk platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 77xk staff or other players through any communication channel.

77xk reserves the right to suspend, limit, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or directive from a licensing authority.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy account handling procedures.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, 77xk reserves the right to withhold and/or forfeit the Account Balance, including any winnings derived from activity that constituted the breach. Where an Account is closed for reasons not attributable to Player breach, 77xk will return the real-money Balance to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Players who wish to exclude themselves from gambling are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available from Account settings before requesting closure, as self-exclusion provides an added layer of protection.

77xk is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this regard seriously. Players are encouraged to read the full 77xk Responsible Gaming Policy available at 77xk.org/responsible-gaming.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players at no cost from Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month. These limits apply across all products on the platform.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of your gaming sessions with automatic logout after the specified period.
• Reality Checks: Receive automated reminders of time elapsed and net position during gaming sessions.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend Account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 77xk platform. Takes effect immediately. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Indefinite self-exclusion has a minimum period of 6 months before review.

All content on the 77xk platform, including but not limited to the 77xk brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, game interfaces, text, data feeds, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 77xk or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content without prior written consent from 77xk.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any platform software.
• Using 77xk's brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the platform in bulk for commercial or competitive purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77xk's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim, loss, or damage arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77xk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use the platform, even if 77xk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77xk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary service interruptions. 77xk will endeavour to notify Players of scheduled maintenance in advance and to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of unplanned outages.

Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that the outcome of any game or bet is determined by chance. 77xk makes no representations or warranties regarding the likelihood of any outcome or the financial suitability of gambling for any individual Player.

77xk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at 77xk.org/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

77xk processes personal data for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, marketing communications (where consented), and regulatory reporting. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77xk holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact 77xk support at [email protected] as a first step in any dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body, as determined by 77xk's governing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section shall limit 77xk's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief before any competent court for protection of its intellectual property or enforcement of these Terms.

77xk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address and/or by a prominent notice on the 77xk platform. The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 77xk platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and request Account closure. Outstanding balances will be returned in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 77xk recommends bookmarking this page and reviewing it whenever you are notified of an update. The date of last update is shown clearly in the page header.

Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and a resolution provided within 14 business days.
